kenapa tetiba terlintas pasal 'sense of urgency'?
tahun lepas,ada rakan guru edarkan artikel pasal how to create sense of urgency. saya terpikir gak, apasal nak urgent,urgent nie? lepas dah baca, fahamla sikit.tapi setakat faham je la.tak praktikkan sgt pun dalam real life (tu la kan,macam mana la ilmu tu nak kekal)
Dah masuk 3 minggu dah sekolah, saya terfikir kenapa nampak mcm kelam-kabut je saya buat keje? pikir punya pikir, saya rasa sebabnya ialah - tak fokus dan lambat bertindak.
contoh mudah - saya dah ada idea nak buat lawatan sejak bulan disember 2011 lagi, dan cadangnya nak buat bulan feb 2012 tapi tak buat tindakan apa-apa.masuk minggu kedua sekolah,baru nak cari paperwork,nak hantar surat dll.kalau saya letakkan idea tu sebagai sesuatu yg urgent, tentu tak kelam-kabut.
penting ke ada sense of urgency?
pada saya , sense of urgency ni lebih kepada tindakan kita, cepat atau lambat dalam merebut peluang.macam kes lawatan tu, kalau tak anggap sebagai urgent - silap2 tak dapat pegi sebab bulan mac dah ada exam.
tapi bukan semua kerja kita termasuk dlm kategori 'urgent' - kalau semua tu kita anggap segera, silap2 boleh sakit jantung, kalau pekerja di bawah kita, tentu diorg pun resign. kena fokus yang mana betul-betul urgent.
